Our floor plans are designed to be move-in ready. We include all the details other designers would omit, including a detailed finish schedule with all the fixtures and finishes selected. Customization is possible, but not necessary. Whether you choose to build it yourself, or hire a contractor, the lion’s share of work has been done, saving you a lot of time and money.
