The Bailey is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom accessible dwelling unit (ADU) designed with maximum efficiency and utility in mind. The main living space features an open, vaulted ceiling area for cooking, dining, and entertainment and lots of windows for natural lighting. The bedroom is adequately sized and conveniently located while the bathroom and utility areas are the furthest away from the main living space. The floor plan features a comfortable, covered porch area at the main entrance and a separate covered porch area at the secondary, side entrance.
Form and function
The Bailey floor plan is well designed, simple, and efficient—the perfect blend of form and function. The floor plan was designed to compliment an existing property as an in-law suite, pool house, or provide additional rental income as an Airbnb or VRBO listed property. These can also be built and arranged on smaller properties or within urban communities to provide housing for singles or couples looking for equity in real estate.
