We’ve made all the right decisions in all the right places for our most efficient floor plan. Perfect as an in-law suite, starter home for two, or rental property, this accessible dwelling unit is adequately sized and efficiently designed. The entire “tiny home” is specified to be Cat6 wired and WiFi-ready. We’ve outlined all of this and much more in great detail for you and your builder. Customization is possible, but not necessary. This home is designed to be move-in ready.

Just the right size

The Bailey is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom accessible dwelling unit (ADU) designed with maximum efficiency and utility in mind. The main living space features an open, vaulted ceiling area for cooking, dining, and entertainment and lots of windows for natural lighting. The bedroom is adequately sized and conveniently located while the bathroom and utility areas are the furthest away from the main living space. The floor plan features a comfortable, covered porch area at the main entrance and a separate covered porch area at the secondary, side entrance.

    The Bailey floor plan is well designed, simple, and efficient—the perfect blend of form and function.
