Our leadership
Addison Paul Homes is a family-owned business. We have a passion for putting families first and strive to operate in a way that uses our skills to serve others. Our leaders steward the company to manage our finances with integrity and strive to operate in a way that meets and exceeds our long term vision and goals.
Daren Guillory
Daren is co-owner and founder of Addison Paul Homes. He started his education on a scholarship to the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design at the University of Houston.
He deepened his skills in human-centered design through professional experiences in the fields of advertising, branding, graphic design, environmental graphic design, wayfinding, and placemaking.
Having lived in typical, single-family tract homes in the suburbs of Houston for more than twenty years, he noticed a common thread of problems inherent in their design and set out to solve them, forming Addison Paul Homes in December of 2023.
Jennifer Guillory
Jennifer is co-owner of Addison Paul Homes. With a degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and experience in finance, accounting, and corporate accounting practices, she brings a depth and breadth of operational experience to Addison Paul Homes.
Jennifer works behind the scenes to ensure the business meets all acceptable accounting practices, as well as ensures the company stays the course and performs in accordance with our mission, vision, values, and goals.

We believe that one of the biggest moments in a person’s life is the decision to purchase a home. It should be empowering, beautiful, and ultimately fruitful. We’ve been planning for this moment. And while our first floor plan is a comprehensive blueprint for an accessible, affordable, and elegantly designed single-family home, our long term vision is to build sustainable communities where people are directly connected to nature and organic sources of food.
Our Goals
Our business model is centered around one thing—giving homes away to families with a real need. With every purchase, a portion of the proceeds goes towards that goal. The same is true as we design and build new homes that are placed on the market. As our business scales, so will the number of homes we can give away.
