Open floor plan

The Jackson is a 3 bedroom with flex room, open floor plan layout with a large, centralized space for the family and entertainment. The floor plan is designed with 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are intentionally separated on either side of the house to maintain privacy and noise separation. The flex room easily converts to a 4th bedroom, office space, or working pantry with direct access to the garage, making it easy to transfer items from the grocery store. The owner entry allows direct access to the primary suite without ever entering the main living space.

    We’ve purposefully designed built-in cabinetry and storage areas throughout the floor plan, and have included detailed elevations for every wall where cabinetry can be installed. Bedroom 2 includes a built-in desk nook. The primary closet has shelving and cabinetry surrounding the space.
