Our sights are set for a new home in Willis, Texas near Lake Conroe

New Construction

Over the past few months, we’ve been researching a lot of different areas, lots, locations, and communities around Houston in an effort to find the right place for a new construction, speculative, single-family home build. We are happy to say we believe we've found it.

Over the next few months, we'll be working with the owner to secure the property and prepare it for construction. There are several trees that remain on the property that will need to be removed, but we will try and keep as many as we can, and plant additional trees in available areas to maximize available green space.

    Point Aquarius

The lot is in an established neighborhood that is mostly built out: Point Aquarius in Willis, Texas. We have an ideal location (link is approximate) that will span two, 40' lots, giving our new home ample space on either side and between the two existing home sites. As soon as we secure the property we will list it for sale and update our community.

    Ideal Floor Plan

Our Jackson floor plan is an ideal fit for a family of four or five, as it has three bedrooms and an optional flex room that can double as an additional bedroom, home office, or working pantry. It has 3 full bathrooms and a utility room, or owner’s entry, that is attached directly to the ensuite, making it easy for people to arrive home and decompress and drop off their belongings before entering the central living space.
