Top features in The Jackson II floor plan

Every space you need

The Jackson II, a 2 story floor plan, is everything you need for your large or growing family. The primary bedroom and bathroom is completely separate and private from other spaces in the house. We’ve included a great home office space for all your work-at-home needs, complete with additional storage under the staircase and a seating area for studying, reading, or holding meetings. We have included a great working pantry, also known as a butler‘s pantry, with access directly from the garage so that you can quickly and easily drop off the groceries and store all the extra kitchen appliances we all use but would prefer to keep off the kitchen countertops. There is also a large game room at the top of the stairs, and a separate media room over the garage for watching movies or playing games. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs, you can accommodate kids, in-laws, or guests with ease. You can also choose to build out two additional rooms upstairs that double as storage for all the decorations or a fitness or arts and crafts room, for example.

Incredible storage

The Jackson II floor plan has incredible storage spaces. Nearly all the bedrooms have built-in cabinetry for additional storage or desk space. We’ve added as many walk-in closets as we could as well as smaller closets here and there for coats, linens, or other household supplies. There are two unfinished spaces upstairs that could be left alone for your holiday decorations or built out into additional bedrooms, craft, or fitness spaces. With the working pantry in place, all the kitchen appliances, party supplies, and canned food or other storage items can be neatly tucked away.

    Great flexibility

The Jackson II floor plan footprint affords a tremendous amount of flexibility. Upstairs, we have a large media room with walk-in closet that could double as an additional bedroom or in-law suite. In addition to the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there are two unfinished spaces that could become anything you need including a fitness zone, arts and crafts area, storage for keepsakes, or even additional bedrooms.

    Room to grow

There is plenty of room to expand in the Jackson II floor plan. Perfect for your large or growing family, the floor plan could also accommodate plenty of guests, groups, or your in-laws on a permanent, semi-permanent, or temporary basis. The upstairs area with large central game room, has enough space for a total of 6 bedrooms, if needed, bringing the total bedroom count to 7 bedrooms with enough planning.

The Jackson II floor plan will be available for download and purchase by November 30, 2025.
