Open Living, Dining, and Kitchen

The Bailey accessible dwelling unit (ADU), or “tiny-home,” features an open living space for cooking, dining, and entertainment. We‘ve built in as much storage in the kitchen as possible, with plenty of cabinetry for all your cooking needs. The space features a vaulted ceiling with expansive box beam and optional tongue-and-groove trim. The expansive floor to ceiling windows really light up the space with an abundance of natural light.

Adequate Bed, Bath, and Utility

The bedroom fits a queen bed comfortably and comes with a nicely sized closet. The bathroom is designed as an entire wet room with optional floor to ceiling tile surrounding all surfaces. The utility has space for a stacked washer and dry unit between the bed and bath and is concealed with a barn-style sliding door to maximize the spaces.

Covered porches

Making use of the reverse gable design, both primary and secondary entrances feature a covered porch area with enough space for outdoor cooking, seating, or rest and relaxation.
